Reserve Space - Contact Northeast Conference Center's reservation department to set your date and ensure that space is available. Booking early reservations will help you concentrate on the other elements of your event.

Set Objectives - Setting a meeting objective will help you add focus to your event. Decide what you want to accomplish with your meeting and begin planning the details around that objective.

Planning - Use our checklist to make sure you haven't overlooked any details.

Manageable Agenda - Take a moment to list all the objectives you have for the meeting. Once you have identified everything you want to cover, identify the key items and begin making decisions how to cover those key items. If you don't have a tight focus you may run out of time to cover all your topics.

Time Management - Plan your meeting to begin and end on time. Without proper scheduling you may impose on the attendee's time, which may cause them to remember that more than the topics that were covered. You want your attendees walking out with information related to your objectives - not the fact that the meeting didn't start on time or ran over.

Audio Visual Enhancement - Be sure to create an excellent presentation first, and then identify areas that can be improved even further with audio visual aids. Be sure you use audio visual as a way to enhance an already excellent presentation.

Food - With the proper meal plan in place, your attendees will be able to focus on the information presented or the objective you are trying to achieve. Our executive catering staff will help ensure that you have the proper menu in place to facilitate a successful meeting.
